The customer must provide accurate and updated information.
1.2 Account Security:
Customers are obligated to keep their account information and password secure.
The customer will be responsible for any misuse of the account.

The following activities and content are strictly prohibited on our servers:
2.1 Illegal activities:
Activities that are contrary to Bangladeshi or international law.
Content related to casinos, online betting, lotteries or gambling.
Cybercrime, hacking, phishing, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) activities.
Selling illegal drugs, weapons or prohibited goods.
2.2 Offensive content:
Adult content or pornography.
Spreading religious, ethnic or political hatred.
Violent, harmful or misleading information.
2.3 Copyright infringement:
Distribution of pirated software, media, or unlicensed products.
2.4 Spamming and Fraud:
Email spamming, promoting fake services or products.
Phishing or fraudulent activities.
2.5 Technical restrictions:
Cryptocurrency mining.
Excessive server resource usage.
Activities that disrupt the services of other users.

3. Legal use of the server
The following types of projects are not accepted on our server:
Casino or gambling related sites.
Any illegal business or activity.
Piracy or copyright infringement.
Any activity that is against the laws of Bangladesh or other countries.

4. Payment Policy
4.1 Acceptable payment methods:
We accept all payment gateways in Bangladesh, such as:

4.2 Billing and Payment:
The customer is obliged to pay the bill on time.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of service, and all data may be deleted after 31 days.
4.3 Refund Policy:
Domain, VPS, Cloud, Dedicated Server, Licenses: Refunds will not be provided for these services.
If a customer claims a refund for their service, the charges for the period of their usage will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for any illegal activity or policy violations.

We are committed to always keeping backups of customer data. However, customers are also responsible for keeping personal backups of their important data.

6. Service limitations
6.1 Right to terminate service:
We may discontinue the Service at any time, without notice, if:
